What is your sales policy?
All sales are final-please ensure you are fully committed to an item when you are purchasing. We will not accept returns if you have a change of heart. Please look over the measurements and ask us any questions before purchasing!
What if my item arrived broken?
We are so bummed that your order didn’t arrive in tact! If this happens, email us at hello@houseofcolleen.com with clear photos of the damages as well as the exterior of the box showing the label.
From here we will handle filing the insurance claim and you will have the option to receive a refund for the purchase or a similar replacement.
Please note, in order to receive a replacement or refund, we must be emailed the above photos within 30 days of delivery.
How soon will my order ship?
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, we do our best to process all orders within 5-7 business days. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc we can no longer guarantee its exact arrival day or time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a secure place for your piece to be delivered.
Are international orders responsible for customs?
We are not responsible for customs charges accrued to your country. The shipping we charge covers only the cost we are charged by the postal service to ship your package. We are not able to predict or prepay customs fees for you. To avoid unpleasant surprises, refer to your home postal services customs and import standards.
Care instructions?
Our cowboy hats are made of porcelain and are either finished with a glossy or matte finish. The glossy hats can be wiped clean with a soft wet towel. For the matte hats we recommend running it under a faucet and either air drying or wipe with a lint free towel. Our cowboy hats are NOT dishwasher safe.
All of our scrunchies are made from 100% silk unless otherwise noted therefore we only recommend spot cleaning with water, please do not use any detergents or chemicals as they may harm or stain the delicate fabric.
